Hi, I am Kirsteen, a qualified London based Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Pyschotherapists (BACP). As well as a busy private practice, I am a visiting clinician and assessor at the world renowned Tavistock Relationships and hold a Msc in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.

I support couples and individuals navigate life, love and loss.

I provide a supportive and confidential space to explore what’s troubling you, what’s holding you back.

I welcome people from any background, identity and orientation and will provide a space where you can be exactly who you are, free of judgement.

I offer either remote therapy via Zoom or in-person from Kentish Town, London NW5.

Sessions are every week and are 50 minutes.

Why do people come for therapy?

In short, for a million different reasons but here are some key themes:

  • Emotional connection & intimacy

  • Trust, betrayal & repair

  • Life transitions & stress

  • Attachment & family patterns

  • Conflict around finances, careers & life goals

  • Sexual wellbeing

What I offer:

The past is always present…

Explore how your past experiences, especially early relationships, shape the way you think, feel and behave today.

Therapy will help unearth unconscious patterns of behaviour that have been quietly shaping how you respond to people and situations based on your past relationships. Kirsteen will help guide these unconscious behaviours into awareness so you can make empowered, healthier choices.

Your journey starts here

Therapy is an investment in you, in your relationships, and your long-term happiness. When you invest in therapy, you’re choosing a healthier future for yourself and those around you: breaking old patterns, gaining clarity, and building the resilience and self-understanding you need to thrive for years to come.
